Just Ask was founded in 1995 to provide long-term computer support for small and home-based businesses. Most small businesses find it too expensive to hire a full time IT person so the employee with the most computer experience becomes the “office computer guru”. This may work for a while, but this person soon finds he/she is spending so much time messing with computer problems that he doesn’t have time for his "real" job.

That’s where Just Ask comes in - I take over those computer related chores freeing the gurus to do what they were hired to do. I can do as much or little as you like. At one end of the spectrum: One of my clients has another computer support person they’ve been working with for years so I just do Access database development for them.

The more common scenario: I provide all computer related services - recommend and purchase equipment (I don’t mark it up), install and configure it and then provide on-going support including telephone help and remote support.

I take pride in my work and try to run my business by the Golden Rule: I treat my clients the way I’d want to be treated if I were them.
